•	Candidate should have 7 – 10 years manufacturing experience in the metal working industry.
•	The candidate should be familiar with the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ERP/MRP Software, Microsoft Outlook.
•	Candidate must be able to successfully create and maintain production schedules in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
•	Candidate should have past experience successfully completing at least 5-7 process improvement projects.
•	The successful candidate must be able to interact with personnel at all levels of the company.
•	The candidate must have experience creating and enforcing safety policies.
•	The candidate will be familiar with writing effective employee reviews.
•	The candidate will have past experience managing budgets.
•	The candidate will have experience proposing capital budget projects with a reasonable return on investment.
•	The candidate will be familiar with JIT manufacturing.
•	The candidate will have past success with cost saving and cost avoidance projects.
