The ability to design unique solutions to solve customers’ fluid processing needs is central to MWI’s business model. To accomplish this, MWI maintains a complete staff of experienced mechanical and electrical engineers, including licensed Professional Engineers and technicians with the experience to translate specifications into final products.
The ability to work hand-in-hand customer engineering departments enhances our solutions-oriented approach. Customers typically consider MWI engineers as an extension of their engineering staffs.
MWI works closely with their customers to create customer-branded documentation including detailed operator instruction manuals for every component part of a manufactured module, as well as for the entire skid assembly. Often an online interface is maintained to update documentation and provide support.
MWI engineers routinely bundle electrical controls with fluid processing skid systems eliminating the need to source multiple vendors.
MWI also maintains state-of-the-art design software including 3-D modeling capabilities:
• AUTOCAD
• CADWorx
• CEASAR
• MINITAB
